The Intake Process

Once you decide to move forward with therapy services with me, we will have an initial appointment where we will complete an assessment to learn about your goals for therapy. We will collaborate on how we will work together to meet your goals and how you can move towards healing.

Follow-Up Sessions

After the initial assessment has been completed we can move forward with scheduling regularly scheduled sessions. Typically, I see folks make therapeutic progress, and even end therapy, in 6-12 sessions. We will revisit your individual progress in each session to focus in on your needs; I will learn how to help you best meet your goals.

Fees & Insurance

I primarily operate as a private pay therapist, however, I am in the process of being paneled with various insurance companies. Please contact me to see if I am credentialed with your insurance company.

If services are not able to be covered by insurance, we will work together through a private payment arrangement. In this arrangement, I will be considered an ”out of network provider”, which means that if you have out of network benefits, I will provide you with a “superbill” that will allow your insurance company to reimburse for services. We can discuss how to work with your insurance company and how to provide them with a “superbill”.

I do have sliding scale spots available in my practice for those in need. Please ask about this in our initial conversation if you think this is an option that is financially better for you.

1 Hour Therapy Session: $150

45 Minute Neurofeedback Session: $100

75 Minute Neurofeedback and Counseling Session: $150

50 Minute Pain Reprocessing Therapy Session: $150

Telehealth (Online Sessions)

Telehealth sessions are offered for therapy and pain reprocessing therapy. Neurofeedback requires equipment, therefore neurofeedback sessions can only be held in person in office. Telehealth sessions will be held on a HIPAA-compliant secure video conferencing program. You will receive a link and will join session at your scheduled time.
